A Bucks County man waiting for capital punishment for the assault, murder and evisceration of 14-year-old Grace Packer has passed on of regular causes, the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections affirmed Friday.
The division would just affirm the 47-year-old Jacob Sullivan kicked the bucket of common causes; NBC 10 detailed Sullivan passed on of a cracked aortic aneurism.
Sullivan was housed at SCI Phoenix in Montgomery County, yet was not in the express jail’s consideration at that point and kicked the bucket at a nearby medical clinic, a representative said.
Investigators said Grace Packer was slaughtered in 2016 as a major aspect of an assault murder dream shared by Sullivan and Packer’s mom, Sara Packer.
Sullivan supposedly told examiners he and Sara Packer started plotting to kill Grace while she was living with another relative as far back as the fall of 2015.
